Refund policy

14 day returns

If you are not happy with your StealthGlow kit, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be in re-sellable condition with all parts included.

To start a return, email hello@stealthglow.shop with your order number.

Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case we cover it.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, your choice, and we cover the postage.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
