Free shipping

Free shipping on every order. We currently ship to Australia and the United States.

Delivery time

Australia: usually 7 to 14 days. That is 1 to 2 business days to process, then 6 to 12 days in transit.

United States: usually 10 to 20 days. That is 1 to 2 business days to process, then 9 to 18 days in transit.

You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Peak periods, customs processing and remote addresses can run longer.

Import duties and customs charges

Items ship from our supplier network overseas. Orders delivered outside Australia may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges. These are set by the authorities in the destination country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are payable by you if they apply.

Delays

Occasionally customs or carrier delays push an order out beyond the estimate. If your order has not arrived within 21 days of the date you ordered, or 30 days for orders outside Australia, email hello@stealthglow.shop and we will sort it out, either a replacement or a refund.
